ORGANIZING
At our first meeting, we discuss your needs, look at the spaces/areas of concern, and give you thoughts & ideas about your organization issues as well as possible solutions.
Then, you may choose to have Orderly Manor® put solutions in place doing hands-on organizing, consulting, research, shopping for and installation of products. You receive one-on-one attention to make your space and life more orderly.
An option for existing clients is Maintenance. These regular appointments help keep clients on track, and are especially popular for people who feel better knowing that stuff can get disorganized along the way but will get addressed on a regular basis. You receive a discounted hourly rate for a one-year period by prepaying 12 hrs. of organizing.
REDESIGN / HOME STAGING / PREPARING YOUR HOUSE FOR SALE
At the Assessment/Consultation, we evaluate your home and provide feedback on whether your house is ready to be photographed by a realtor or seen by potential buyers. With the ideas and suggestions provided at our first meeting, let Orderly Manor® get your house in ready-to-sell and ready-to-show quality. We will make the necessary changes of redesign, no- or low-cost decorating, and staging techniques to showcase your home for sale.
